Reserve Power & General Tweaks


This time we add a new system, Reserve Power! I've altered how energy weapons and excess power work a little bit and added some utility for Reserve Power, which hopefully will give some more choices to make in combat. A few new pieces of equipment and general changes as well. 

In addition,

  • Renamed ability scores to specifications
  • Removed three-quarter cover. Cover is now always a -20 accuracy modifier, and only applies to ranged attacks
  • Added difficult terrain
  • New weapon Oil Spray I, which utilises difficult terrain
  • Fixed missing material cost on Missile Launcher I
  • Added grenades and altered the Special Action to allow throwing of grenades
  • Added grenade launcher hardware
  • Altered the transmitter to use more power
  • Altered level 7 scout benefit to allow throwing of grenades
